Intake Assistant

PACE@Home is seeking an Intake Assistant to fulfill the organizations’ need to provide administrative support for services for the Intake Department, to coordinate information needs supportive of these functions. To project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Employee Type:  Full Time

Minimum Experience:  1- 2 Years experience in related activities preferred.  

Education:  High School Diploma or GED.

Other Requirements:  Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.
