Medicaid Support Specialist

PACE@Home is seeking a Medicaid Support Specialist who will report to the Outreach and Enrollment Director. Responsibilities will include assisting in processing Medicaid applications, managing annual recertifications, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid regulations. The team member will collaborate with Case Managers, Medicaid specialists/paralegals, care team members, participants, and family caregivers to streamline processes, minimize delays, and improve the overall participant experience.

Employee Type:  Full Time

Minimum Experience: At least 1 years experience working the frail and elderly population. At least 1 year of Medicaid application experience and/or knowledge required.

Required Degree: High school diploma or equivalent.

Other Requirements:  Must have medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.  Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
