Outreach Ambassador - Full Time
PACE@Home is seeking an Outreach Ambassador to generate referrals into the PACE program and educating the community through community outreach, networking and marketing activities in the community along with the Director of Professional Relations.
Employee Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: A minimum of one year experience working with the frail and elderly population.
Required Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, communications, marketing, or related human services field preferred. Professional license and/or certification is preferred (RN, LPN, LSW/MSW).
Other Requirements: Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.
