Personal Care Assistant Full Time, Part Time, PRN

PACE@Home is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to perform participant care activities and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.

Employee Type:  Full Time, Part Time, PRN

Minimum Experience: Prefer personal care aide experience and/or minimal of 1 year related experience in care of impaired adults.

Required Degree:  High School degree or equivalent. Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.  

Other Requirements:  Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.  

Travel: 100%
