Registered Dietician/Food Nutrition Services

PACE@Home is seeking a RDN to provide counseling and teaching services to participants and caregivers to promote optimal nutrition within the constraints of the patients’ illness and plan of care

Employee Type:  Full Time

Minimum Experience: Must have at least one year of experience as a dietician working with participants who are 55 or older. .

Required Degree: Current licensure as a Registered Dietician: Current registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification. 

Other Requirements:  Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.  Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
