Speech Language Pathologist

PACE@Home is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech language pathology services to geriatric participants of PACE@ Home.   Participates in administrative, operational and clinical functions for the program.

Minimum Experience: At least one year experience as an Speech Language Pathology Services preferred.  One year experience working with the frail or elderly, required.

Required Degree: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.  Licensed by North Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.  Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association.  Demonstrates clinical competency with geriatric population.  Must maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Other Requirements:  Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.  

Travel:  Must be able to travel within the community up to 50 % of the time.
